70 Golden Ocelot Silk Square
An ocelot coat drawn spot by spot, in gold and caramel on cream, covers the entire square up to the fine golden frame. Each rosette is hatched with lines: from a distance an animal print, up close a fur engraving.
The 70 x 70 is the neck format: folded into a triangle, it ties in front or to the side without falling too low, and folded as a headband it makes two loops. It can also be worn on the head, tied under the chin or at the nape, and as a fine belt over a dress.
The Wearing Experience
- All-over pattern with no center: the square can be tied in every way, the fur is everywhere.
- Gold and caramel on cream warm up black, camel and denim.
- Folded into a triangle and tied in front, the point falls to the middle of the chest: it's the right proportion for a coat collar or blazer.
- As a headband, it makes two loops around the neck with a flat knot: the silk holds without a pin.
Craftsmanship & Material
The Golden Ocelot square is printed in Italy on a natural silk twill 100% silk, the same tight diagonal weave as our 90 squares, recognizable by its dense hand and resistance to wrinkling. The printing is done in high definition, which restores the engraving line of the design, then fixed to withstand hand washing. The edges are hand-rolled: rolled and sewn with a needle, never serged with a machine.
The 70 cm is the intermediate format of silk houses: large enough for a shoulder knot in summer, short enough to stay neat at the neck in winter. It is cut from the same twill as the 90s, with the same hand-rolling: only the surface changes, not the material. Styling Tips
- Over an all-black outfit, tied as a collar: the animal print becomes a jewel.
- With a camel trench, as a bandana in the hair.
- Over jeans and a white sweater, as a loose tie.

Care for Your Piece
This format washes flat like a 90; the hand-rolling reshapes itself during drying, by gently pulling the edges flat. Cold water, mild soap, no prolonged soaking or wringing; air dry flat away from sunlight, iron on the reverse at low temperature, dry iron. The steps are detailed in how to hand wash a silk square.
