Every day

Three essential habits

Respect it

We invite you to take care of your product and, should you wish to return it, to carefully repackage it in its original packaging. Items must be returned in their original condition, without any traces of makeup, deodorant or perfume, and with their labels and hygiene protections intact.

Any item not meeting these conditions will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

A few tips

  • Close the zip or buttons to avoid distorting your garment.
  • Put on your garment before applying makeup to avoid any marks.
  • Remove your jewellery before putting it on to prevent any snagging.

Tips for the future

A Misciano product is the very essence of luxury and excellence, designed to stand the test of time and be loved for a lifetime. Each piece is the fruit of exceptional savoir-faire and rigorously selected materials, guaranteeing lasting quality.

To preserve its elegance and longevity, we have created this care guide. By giving it the care it deserves, you enhance its beauty over the years and extend its lifecycle.

A few tips

  • Be cautious with sunscreen, as it can leave stains on your garment.
  • Apply your perfume, dry shampoo and deodorant before getting dressed and allow them to dry completely to avoid any marks.
  • Store your garment in a dry place, away from natural light.
  • Never store it in a plastic bag, in order to preserve its quality and freshness.

Wait before washing it

Our items are carefully selected for their quality and durability. To prolong their radiance and hold, we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing.

Between machine washes, favour airing and steam de-creasing to preserve the fibres. Avoid tumble drying and ironing, which could alter the fabric.

For optimal care, always refer to your item's label, which provides recommendations tailored to your product.

A few tips

  • Favour hand washing to preserve colour intensity and fabric quality.
  • Only iron your garment if necessary, at low temperature, or use steam de-creasing by turning it inside out.
  • If machine washing is possible, place your item in a protective mesh bag to avoid any damage. Use a colour-specific detergent and dry your garment as soon as the cycle ends.
  • If the garment is hand wash only, wash it inside out and in cold water to prolong its lifespan.
