Returns

We advise you to handle your items with care as we do not accept returns with snags, tears, makeup stains, self-tanner marks, or any other damage, in accordance with our policy. All items must be returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging with all tags and security bands intact.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to register a return, and the returned items must be received by us within 28 days of their initial receipt. Returns from international destinations will take longer to be received.

Please ensure that you have read our Return Policy before returning your item.

Go to your post office or a delivery company and return your order to the following address:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If you wish to make a return, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
For any return from a country outside the European Union, please make sure to check the "Return" box on the shipping label to avoid any customs tax charges to us.
Parcels sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS IN THE SAME PACKAGE?
Unfortunately, multiple orders cannot be returned in the same package. We ask you to return each order separately.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WILL I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN IT?
This can happen, but on very rare occasions. In this case, please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your package. Our customer service team will then be able to assist you in the best possible way.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your return package, it may take up to 10 business days to process a refund to your original payment, minus the shipping fees. The funds will then appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Please contact your bank for more information.

We will send you an email once your refund has been processed. We will also contact you if any of your items are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure that you only return items that are eligible for a refund.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost parcels. We advise you to keep the tracking number of your return until your refund is processed.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes, you have the option to return an item for an exchange.
As soon as the returned product is processed by our logistics center, a credit is issued to your account.
You can then place a new order using this available credit.
WHICH ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
We only accept returns if the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags as well as security seals or bands.
We do not accept returns for the following items:

- Earrings
- Cosmetics
- Swimwear
