All our deliveries are made through our partners: Colis Privé, Mondial Relay and UPS, ensuring a reliable and secure service.

Receiving your order

Please ensure that someone will be present at your home or workplace to receive your parcel. In case of absence, a notification will be left to reschedule the delivery or to collect your order from a pickup point.

⚠ Delivery refusal

Please do not refuse your order. A refusal will result in additional charges corresponding to the initial shipping costs as well as the return fees. Any refund will be adjusted accordingly.

All import duties and taxes are included in the price of your items and covered by Misciano for all deliveries within the European Union. This approach allows us to offer you an experience free from unexpected charges or transit delays.

Deliveries outside the EU

If you are shipping your items outside the EU, customs duties may apply. In this case, the carrier will contact you directly to settle these charges, which are independent of your order price and beyond our control.
