Returns

We advise you to handle your items with care as we do not accept returns showing snags, tears, makeup marks, self-tanning marks or any other damage, in accordance with our policy. All items must be returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging with all tags and security strips intact.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to register a return, and returned items must be received by us within 28 days of initial receipt. Returns from international destinations will take longer to be received.

Please ensure you have read our Return Policy before returning your item.

Go to your post office or a delivery company and return your order to the following address:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If you wish to make a return, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
For returns from outside the European Union, please tick the "Return" box on the shipping form to avoid customs charges being billed to us.
Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted.
CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS IN THE SAME PARCEL?
Unfortunately, multiple orders cannot be returned in the same parcel. We ask you to return each order separately.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WILL I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN IT?
This can happen, but very rarely. In this case, please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Our customer service team will then be able to assist you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your return parcel, it may take up to 10 business days to process a refund of your original payment, minus delivery costs. The funds will then appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Please contact your bank for more information.

We will send you an email once your refund has been processed. We will also contact you if any of your items are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure you only return items that are eligible for a refund.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost parcels. We advise you to keep the tracking number of your return until your refund has been processed.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes, you have the option to return an item for an exchange.
Once the returned product has been processed by our logistics centre, a credit is issued to your account.
You can then place a new order using this available credit.
WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE?
We only accept returns if items are in their original condition, unworn, with tags and security strips or protections intact.
We do not accept returns of the following items:

- Earrings
- Cosmetics
- Swimwear
