You receive the tracking
As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, an email sends you the tracking number and the carrier link. It stays available in your account.

Someone must be there
For home delivery, make sure someone can receive the parcel, at home or at work. If nobody answers, the carrier leaves a card and offers a new date or a collection point.

Do not refuse the parcel
Refusing at the door incurs charges: the original shipping and the return, deducted from your refund. If the piece is not right, accept the parcel and use the return process instead, which is simpler and carries no outbound cost.
