Small 50 silk scarf Parisian houndstooth
An enlarged houndstooth, navy on cream, each tooth bearing fine golden cross-hatching like a weave seen under magnification. The very thin golden frame holds the pattern: a tailoring classic transposed into silk, at scarf scale.
The 50 x 50 is the format for quick gestures: folded into a four-finger headband, it ties at the neck as a short cravat, on the head as a bandana, around the wrist or through a bag handle. It never creates bulk, making it easier to wear than a 90 under a coat collar.

Craftsmanship & Material
The Parisian houndstooth scarf is printed in Italy on natural silk twill 100% silk, the same tight diagonal weave as our 90 scarves, recognizable by its dense feel and resistance to creasing. The printing is done in high definition, restoring the engraved line of the design, then fixed to withstand hand washing. The edges are hand-rolled: rolled and sewn by needle, never serged by machine.
At 50 cm, the scarf is cut from the same twill as the 90s: same density, same feel. The difference is proportional: the border takes up a larger part of the design, and it's what shows once the scarf is folded as a headband. Designs in this size are therefore composed border first. The small format washes flat in minutes and dries quickly; it's the scarf you care for most often, because it touches hair and skin.
