Know-How & Material
The Starry Shower scarf is printed in Italy on 100% natural silk twill, the same tight weave with a subtle diagonal as our 90 scarves, recognizable by its dense hand and wrinkle resistance. The print is done in high definition, which renders the engraving lines of the design, then fixed to withstand hand washing. The edges are hand-rolled: rolled and sewn with a needle, never machine-overlocked.
In 50 cm, the scarf is cut from the same twill as the 90s: same density, same hand. The difference is in proportion: the border occupies a larger part of the design, and it is what shows once the scarf is folded into a band. Designs in this size are therefore composed border-first.
