Soie Habotai

La soie habotai (ou habutae) est un taffetas leger en soie pure, tisse en armure toile avec des fils de titrage fin (20-30 deniers). Son lustre naturel, sa legerte (aussi bas que 30 g/m2 en momme 5) et sa respirabilite exceptionnelle en font la doublure historique de la haute couture. Viscose

La viscose est une fibre cellulosique regeneree a partir de pulpe de bois. Comme doublure, elle offre un excellent rapport qualite-prix, avec une bonne absorption d humidite (11-13 % de reprise), un toucher agreable et une aptitude a la teinture superieure au polyester. Ses points faibles : une perte de resistance a l etat mouille (40-50 %) et un retrait au lavage plus important (3-5 % vs 0,5 % pour le polyester). Les viscoses EcoVero de Lenzing reduisent l impact environnemental de 50 %.
Acétate
Italie, Japon, USA
L acetate est une fibre cellulosique derivee (acetylation de la cellulose), offrant un toucher sec et frais proche de la soie. Son drape est excellent, avec une main plus rigide que la viscose, ce qui convient parfaitement aux vestes de costume masculines. Sa reprise d humidite (6,5 %) est intermediaire entre le polyester et le cupro. Sensible aux solvants (acetone, dissolvant), il necessite un nettoyage a sec. La teinture se fait par un procede specifique (colorants disperses).
Polyester anti-statique
Japon (Bemsilk), Europe
Le polyester technique anti-statique (gammes Bemsilk, Ambiance) integre un fil de carbone ou un traitement permanent anti-statique pour compenser la faible reprise d humidite du PET (0,4 %). Il excelle en durabilite : 20 000+ cycles Martindale, stabilite dimensionnelle quasi-parfaite (retrait inferieur a 0,5 %), resistance aux UV et facilite de lavage en machine. Son point faible reste la respirabilite (Ret de 12-16 vs 5-7 pour le Bemberg). Recycle en rPET, il peut obtenir les certifications GRS et OEKO-TEX.
Coton Voile

Le coton voile est un tissu ultra-leger en armure toile, tisse avec des fils fins de coton long staple. Sa respirabilite naturelle et sa capacite d absorption en font la doublure ideale pour les vetements d ete. Il offre un toucher frais et sec, sans l effet collant du polyester par temps chaud. Le voile suisse (Swiss voile) en coton Giza est la reference premium, avec un grammage de 40 g/m2 et un lustre subtil obtenu par mercerisage. Lavable en machine, il se froisse cependant davantage que les alternatives synthetiques.
Flanelle Coton

La flanelle coton est une doublure chaude obtenue par grattage d un tissu coton, creant une surface pelucheuse qui emprisonne l air. Son pouvoir isolant en fait la doublure de choix pour les manteaux d hiver, cabans et parkas. Le grammage eleve (120-200 g/m2) ajoute du corps au vetement. Sa glisse est faible comparee aux doublures lisses, mais ce n est pas un critere pour les manteaux amples. La flanelle coton bio (GOTS) est disponible pour les collections eco-responsables.
