All our deliveries are made through our partners: Colis Privé, Mondial Relay and UPS ensuring a reliable and secure service.

Receipt of your order

Please ensure that someone will be present at your home or workplace to receive your package. In case of absence, a notification will be left to reschedule the delivery or to pick up your order at a collection point.

⚠ Delivery Refusal

We thank you for not refusing your order. A refusal will incur additional charges corresponding to the costs of the initial shipment as well as return fees. Any refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Please ensure that you or someone you know will be present at your home or workplace to accept your delivery.

If no one is present, we will ensure to leave a card so that a new delivery can be arranged, or you can pick it up at the depot.

You will need to ensure that you cover all customs fees or taxes - in case they are applied - when shipping to your destination.

Please do not refuse delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur an additional cost on the original delivery plus return fees.

Any refund made will be deducted from the total delivery and return fees in case of delivery refusal.

All import duties and taxes are included in the price of your items and covered by Misciano for all deliveries within the European Union. This approach allows us to offer you an experience without unexpected costs or transit delays.

Deliveries outside the EU

If you ship your items outside the EU, customs duties may apply. In this case, the carrier will contact you directly to settle these fees, which are independent of your order price and beyond our control.
