If your order is marked as "pending", it means it is still being prepared and has not yet been shipped. This status may remain displayed longer during busy periods.
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow your package in real-time.
If your order does not arrive within the time specified in your confirmation email, do not hesitate to contact our customer service, who will investigate the delay and provide you with a solution quickly.
To check the status of your order, please refer to your order confirmation email. This will provide you with the date your order is expected to be delivered as well as the address you have chosen. In this email, you can also find the link to your order tracking, where you will receive regular updates on the status of your shipment, your shipping, and your delivery.
If your order has not arrived within 2 days of the delivery date indicated in your confirmation email, please contact our customer service and they will investigate the delay.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. We only offer delivery to permanent residential addresses and workplaces.
If you want your order to be sent to your workplace, make sure to include the company name when placing your order and ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.
If you miss your delivery or no one is available to sign for your package, the carrier will attempt a new delivery at a later date. They may also leave a notice at your address to inform you of one of the following actions:
- Your package has been delivered to a neighbor.
- It was dropped off at a pickup point.
- A new delivery attempt is scheduled.
If your package is returned to us after a delivery failure, our returns team will process a refund within 10 business days.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a specific date or time.
However, all our carriers provide information on the shipping and delivery of your package.
If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please check the following:
- Your package has not been dropped off at a pickup point or handed to a neighbor.
- It is not at your local post office.

Unfortunately, once a carrier has stated that a package is being returned to us, we cannot stop it.
There are several reasons why a package may be returned:
- The courier may have had trouble locating the address you provided.
- They may have tried to deliver several times and failed.
- The address you provided may not be complete (missing apartment or house number).
- You did not collect the package from the pickup point within the deadline.
Once the package is returned, we will process your refund within 10 to 15 business days.
Please note that return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from this refund, and international orders may be subject to additional taxes and customs duties.
Sometimes, we may miss things during quality control. If you believe you have received a defective item, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team who will do their best to resolve your issue.
Our team will ask you to provide an order number, a full-length image of the item, a close-up image of the defect, and an image of the swing tags and intact hygiene strips.
Attention: any item damaged due to wear and tear or careless handling will not be considered defective.
We are sorry to hear that your order has been canceled. This may be due to the following reasons:
• Your order has been flagged by our fraud analysis system. Your recent order may have been canceled due to an alert from us, indicating similarities with other potentially fraudulent orders. We recommend contacting your bank to confirm that it is indeed you attempting to make the payment, in case a block has been put in place for your protection. We also advise waiting 24 hours before trying again. Ensure that the billing address used matches the one registered for your card, otherwise it may be flagged as fraudulent. When making the payment, if your shipping address is different, make sure to uncheck the box indicating "Same as billing address".
• Your order is out of stock. We may have to cancel your order if the item ordered is out of stock. Due to the high number of visits to our site, items can sell out very quickly. It is possible that your order was placed at the same time as another customer's who obtained the last available item in our warehouse. In this case, we will send you an email and fully refund the amount of the missing item to your original payment method. We cannot offer an exchange for another item.
